Hi all,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits considering the constraints of this current lock down.
Teachers sent work out on Sunday night for this week and I hope all boys are coping with their school work, but if not don’t worry about it, as all you can do is your best. You should have received a text last week with a code to get started on https://web.seesaw.me/ or via the app on your phone or tablet. For those of you who have engaged with Seesaw, it seems to be working quite well and I encourage anyone who hasn’t logged in or tried it yet, to do so. If you’ve lost the code or not got access please email blayneybns@mail.com and I’ll pass your request on to the relevant teacher.
This weekend is the May Public holiday weekend and as such we would have been off school on Monday and Tuesday of next week, so I would suggest the boys should take a break on those days also.Consequently teachers will send out work next Tuesday night for the remaining three days of next week.
I urge everyone to stick with the social distancing and to follow what the medical experts are encouraging us to do. Hopefully this will lead to a relaxing of the constraints over the next while. I’m thinking of you all and know this current situation is very difficult. This is our 22nd day off school but it definitely feels much longer than that.
Keep safe boys and help your family to get through this crisis by being the best you can be for them.
Yours sincerely
Principal
